Step 1: Click your profile photo in the upper-right of the screen, and select My Profile
Step 2: Click the edit icon beside your e-mail address
Step 3: Enter your new e-mail address, and click SAVE
Then, you will receive a verification code in your inbox. Copy the code and enter it to verify your new e-mail address.

We will automatically send you e-mail notifications under different scenarios. For example, you will receive e-mail notifications when a document has been signed and voided, and when your subscription plan expires.
The Contacts is a list of your frequently used recipients and their e-mail addresses. When sending a document, you can simply select the recipients--there is no need to type them. Step 1: In the Home view, click My Contacts in the top navigation bar
Step 2: Click Add Contact in the left panel
Step 3: Enter your contact’s name and e-mail address and click CREATE
You will then see the contact you just added appear.
Group your contacts Step 1: Click My Contacts in the top navigation bar
Step 2: In the left Groups Panel, click the group you want to add contacts to and then the Edit icon. Or, click Add Group to add a new group
Step 3: Select the contacts you want to add to the group, and click SAVE
Edit or delete your contact Sometimes, you may want to update your contacts’ e-mail addresses. Step 1: Click Options of the contact you want to edit, and select Edit Contact or Delete Contact
Step 2: Update the contact’s information, and click UPDATE
To close your account, please contact us at support@sefliesign.co and we will assist you from there. Before closing your account, we recommend that you download all of your documents as they may not be available after cancellation/closure.
Your paid services may be suspended for a number of reasons. The most common reason is if your subscription payment is not paid on time.

在不同的情況下,我們會自動寄給您電子郵件通知。 譬如,當收件人簽署文件、文件被作廢,以及您的訂閱方案過期時,您都會收到電子郵件通知。
「我的聯絡人」頁面列出了您經常使用的收件人及其電子信箱。 當您寄送文件時,您可快速選取收件人,無需一個個輸入。

步驟3:輸入您聯絡人的姓名與電子信箱,然後點選"建立"
您便會看到剛才新增的聯絡人。

步驟2:在左側的群組列表,點選您想要添加聯絡人的群組,然後點選"編輯"圖示,或點選"新增群組"來增加新的群組
步驟3:勾選您想要添加至群組的聯絡人,然後點選"儲存"按鈕
聯絡人編輯或刪除
有時候,您可能會需要更新聯絡人的電子信箱。
步驟1:點選聯絡人旁的"選項"按鈕,然後選取"編輯聯絡人"或"刪除聯絡人"
步驟2:更新該聯絡人的資訊後,點選"更新"
若您要關閉您的帳號,請透過 support@sefliesign.co與我們聯絡,我們會協助您刪除您的帳號。 在關閉帳號之前,我們建議您下載您所有的文件,帳號一經刪除,您的文件和資訊將會從我們的系統移除。
您的帳號被停用的原因可能有許多種,最常見的原因是您未按時支付您的訂閱方案費用。
